Open this schedule in Microsoft Project (.mpp)

  1. ⬇ Download the MS Project XML — it is regenerated from the live schedule the moment you click, so it always carries the latest chat edits.
  2. Open Microsoft Project → File ▸ Open → pick the downloaded 580-schedule.xml → choose “As a new project.” All tasks, links, durations, and milestones import — no re-keying.
  3. File ▸ Save As → file type Project (*.mpp). Done — that .mpp is a faithful native copy of the live schedule.
Only MS Project can write a .mpp file, so this last step is a one-click save in the GUI — the web system delivers the XML, the view, and the Excel grid. If dates were edited in chat after you saved a .mpp, just repeat these three steps.
