⚠ SANDBOX TARGET — the load writes to the isolated sandbox store · safe to test

📥 Master Schedule Loader

Drag in a Paragon Master Schedule .xlsx → parse the look-ahead → preview. Reads the PARAGON-NEI-UG entry sheet.
One-time bootstrap / recovery tool. The editable Gantt is now the plan of record; the weekly record is the file written at Final Commit. Use this loader to bootstrap a fresh season or recover a missed load — not as a routine weekly step.

What this does

Reads the weekly Master Schedule and writes the rolling look-ahead into the schedule app — so a missed manual load is recoverable. All 3 weeks load from the file. Week Of defaults to this week's Monday.

Quick start

  1. Drop the current Paragon Master Schedule .xlsx (from P:\009 - Active Project Schedule).
  2. Check the preview: Week Of is this Monday, 4 app + 3 other sections, weekly columns flagged.
  3. Leave the target on Sandbox to test; switch to PRODUCTION only for a real load.
  4. Click ⬆ Load all 3 weeks and confirm.

The safety rules

  • Edited rows are never overwritten. A re-load refreshes only rows the loader wrote; anything a person changed is kept (shown as “N kept”).
  • Sandbox is the default. Writing to production needs the toggle and typing LOAD PROD.
  • All 7 sections load — Site / Utility / Concrete / Asphalt / NEI / FSL / United Golf. Crews not yet mapped to a name route to unassigned (still shown in their section).
  • Nothing is uploaded from the file itself — it’s parsed in your browser; only headcounts are saved.
